Why?
There are a lot of people on reddit that may or may not understand how the Karma system works. Some of these people just want the Karma for personal gain, and others just want to know how to submit a something and see it have a score other than 0. Some People just want to know why they keep getting down voted. I'll Cover that Too

Recommendations

Headline - Catching Attention is #1 priority if you want anyone to click your submission. Take the headline of the original

Originality -Some sites, mainly news sites get lots of up votes, predominantly what is voted up is new stuff from new sites.

Pictures [PIC] - Post with pictures help draw the attention of those who are not die hard fans of what you are posting about, or people who don't want to invest a lot of time looking at something to understand it. Some people down vote because it's a Pic, be careful.

Repeat - never repeat, even the best stories.

Blog Spam - If someone finds an interesting story or a group of pictures, and that person creates a new blog without adding any new information, that is blog spam. If the above said blog spam is posted on reddit, it will either be voted down, or someone else will post the original.


Other Thoughts

Who am I exactly, well that's anyones guess. I have been using reddit for a year now, and I have been studying Reddit Karma and how voting works for a few months now. I hope this goes well. We shall see.
